BeachWalk is a 60-unit townhouse condominium located in the heart of Old Town Carpinteria California. It was designed by world-famous architect Barry Berkus, and built in 1984. Our townhouses range from one-story two bedroom units to two-story three bedroom units. These Spanish style condos are situated on five beautifully landscaped acres, just a block from downtown, and short 7-block stroll to our beautiful Carpinteria State Beach.
Carpinteria ("Carp" to the locals….) is located 12 miles southeast of Santa Barbara. We are a small coastal community, situated between a beautiful mile-long State beach and the stunning Santa Ynez mountains. For the past 150 years, Carp has been primarily known for its agricultural bounty — originally lima beans, then lemons, and now avocados. With a population of about 14,000, Carpinteria is a generous slice of the Golden State paradise.
